3D打印技术辅助自体肋软骨移植在中重度杯状耳畸形手术修复中的应用
[摘要]目的:探究三维(Three dimensiona,3D)打印技术辅助自体肋软骨移植术对中重度杯状耳畸形的作用。方法:选取2019年12月-2021年12月遂宁市中心医院收治的72例行自体肋软骨移植术的中重度杯状耳患者,根据耳模制作方法分为标准耳模组(n=36,二维标准耳模术)和3D建模组(n=36,3D打印技术)。比较两组再造耳廓形态、心理状态、并发症、美学效果及模型应用效果差异。结果:3D组术后6个月再造耳廓轮廓、对称性、颅耳角和亚解剖结构还原度评分均高于标准组,两组再造耳廓大小和位置评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后焦虑、抑郁、偏执、恐惧及自卑评分均较术前降低,且3D建模组低于标准耳膜组(P<0.05)。3D组并发症发生率低于标准组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3D组美学效果及模型应用效果评分显著高于标准组,两组稳定性评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3D打印辅助自体肋软骨移植术治疗中重度杯状耳可帮助耳精细结构重建,改善患者心理状态,减少并发症发生,提高美学效果满意度,对于更好地实施耳廓再造术意义重大。[关键词]3D打印技术;自体肋软骨移植;耳廓再造;中重度杯状耳畸形
