[摘要]目的：探究纠错式结合反馈式健康教育促进老年性单侧上眼睑内翻倒睫术后恢复的效果。方法：选取2020年6月-2023年6月笔者医院就诊的60例老年性单侧上眼睑内翻倒睫患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组采用常规护理进行干预，观察组采用纠错式结合反馈式健康教育进行干预。比较两组的术眼恢复情况、健康教育知识掌握情况、护理满意度；比较干预前、后两组患者的自护能力及生活质量。结果：干预后，两组术眼恢复效果优良率分别为90.00%、83.33%，但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后，观察组健康教育知识掌握情况、自护能力及生活质量各评分均高于对照组，护理满意度各维度评分也均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：纠错式结合反馈式健康教育可促进老年性单侧上眼睑内翻倒睫术后恢复，有助于提高其健康认知，进而提升其自护能力，改善其生活质量，护理满意度更高。
