[摘要]目的：分析复合酸联合消痤汤治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效，为其临床应用提供科学依据。方法：选取2021年7月-2023年7月在笔者医院皮肤科就诊的轻中度痤疮患者共60例，给予德菲林复合酸+消痤汤治疗，疗程为8周。观察治疗总有效率、治疗前后痤疮综合分级系统GAGS评分(Global acne grading system，GAGS)变化以及痤疮特异性生活质量量表Acne-QoL评分(Acne-specific quality of life questionnaire，Acne-QoL)变化情况，并记录治疗期间不良反应情况。结果：治疗总有效率为75%；治疗后，GAGS评分(6.57±1.69)分，低于治疗前的(18.67±5.28)分；Acne-QoL评分(25.13±1.82)分，高于治疗前的(12.97±3.40)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗期间出现恶心1例，瘙痒1例，不良反应的出现概率为3.33%。结论：复合酸联合消痤汤可有效治疗轻中度痤疮，且具有较好的安全性，值得临床推广应用。
