羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料的制备及其在骨组织再生中的应用
[摘要]羟基磷灰石人工骨是最有前途的生物医用材料之一,在骨科领域和药物释放方面有着广泛的应用和研究。然而单独的羟基磷灰石脆性高,降解速度慢,限制了其在临床上的使用。聚合物在结构上与细胞外基质类似,具有良好的生物相容性,可调控的生物降解性。羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料具有良好的生物相容性和合适的力学性能,逐渐成为骨修复生物材料研究的热点。本文综述了羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料的制备及其在骨组织再生中的应用,并对羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料的研究发展方向进行展望。[关键词]羟基磷灰石;壳聚糖;复合材料;生物材料;药物递送
