细菌纤维素创面敷料的基础研究及临床应用进展

     [摘要]细菌纤维素(Bacterial cellulose,BC)是一种天然的生物高聚物,为一种纳米材料,它具有很多优良的生物特性,如天然纯度高、孔隙率高、吸水性较强以及质地坚韧等。BC在食品、造纸以及生物医学等很多方面均有广泛应用,而在创面敷料的应用上也有很大的前景,它能够控制伤口渗出,为伤口提供促进愈合的潮湿环境。本文主要针对BC的性质,制备原理及作为医学敷料等方面的应用和相关的敷料研究进展进行综述,并展望其应用前景。
