[摘要]随着数字化技术发展，计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造(Computer-aided design/Computeraided manufacturing，CAD/CAM)技术开始在全口义齿设计与制作中广泛应用，其取代了传统义齿修复中的繁杂步骤，并凸显了对医生技术依赖性低、设计加工精度高、容易被复制和推广等优势，应用前景良好。本文对近年来国内外使用CAD/CAM技术制作全口义齿的研究文献进行回顾，就CAD/CAM技术的概念、临床应用以及研究进展综述如下。
