[摘要]寻常痤疮是一种临床常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病，好发于颜面部、背部的毛囊及皮脂腺，具有明显损容性，给患者的心理健康及生活质量造成不利影响。寻常痤疮属于中医“粉刺”范畴，大量研究表明，中医药在治疗寻常痤疮方面具有独特的优势，基于中药经典方的中医药疗法可显著改善患者临床症状。本文通过归纳寻常痤疮的病因病机、辨证分型，总结国内近年来中药经典方治疗寻常痤疮的研究成果，旨在为临床诊断、治疗寻常痤疮提供更加直观的理论依据。

    Clinical Research Progress in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris Based on Classic Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions

    Abstract： Acne vulgaris is a common clinical chronic inflammatory skin disease， which is prone to hair follicles and sebaceous glands on the face and back. It can cause obvious disfigurement， bringing adverse effects on the patients' mental health and life quality. Acne vulgaris belongs to the category of acne in traditional Chinese medicine. Numerous studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating acne vulgaris.
