[摘要]目的：探讨水杨酸联合光电协同技术(Electro-optical Synergy，ELOS)治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选取玫瑰痤疮患者96例，随机分为水杨酸治疗组48例、水杨酸联合光电治疗组48例，定期随访，直至治疗结束后4周。患者面部情况应用丘疹脓疱评估量表(Investigator global assessment，IGA)和持续性红斑评估量表(Clinician seryhema assessment，CEA)评估，并观察记录不良反应。结果：联合治疗组IGA、CEA治疗成功率均高于水杨酸治疗组(P<0.05)，两组患者不良反应均较轻微。结论：水杨酸联合光电协同技术治疗玫瑰痤疮可有效改善患者丘疹脓疱和持续性红斑，临床疗效较水杨酸单独治疗更佳。

    Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Salicylic Acid Combined with Electro-Optical Synergy Technology in the Treatment of Rosacea

    Abstract： Objective" To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of treating rosacea with salicylic acid combined with electro-optical synergy (ELOS).
