[摘要]目的：探究个体化皮肤护理联合基于信息需求的健康宣教对重度痤疮患者的影响。方法：选取2022年3月-2023年1月于笔者医院就诊的90例重度痤疮患者，根据护理方式将其分为常规组45例和联合组45例，常规组给予常规干预，联合组给予个体化皮肤护理联合基于信息需求的健康宣教干预。干预前和干预3个月后，比较两组患者疾病认知程度[简易疾病感知问卷(BIPQ)]、自我感受压力[中文版自我负担感量表(SPBS)]、心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISE)]及生活质量[体像障碍自评量表(BIRS)、皮肤病生活质量指数量表(DLQI)]。结果：干预3个月后，两组患者BIPQ评分、SPBS评分、BIRS评分及DLQI评分较干预前降低，联合组低于常规组(均P<0.05)；CD-RISE评分较干预前升高，联合组高于常规组(均P<0.05)。结论：个体化皮肤护理联合基于信息需求的健康宣教可加强重度痤疮患者对疾病的了解，改善患者心理状态及生活质量。
