[摘要]急性创面在老年人中常见，且较年轻人存在愈合困难的问题，给个人和社会带来沉重负担，因此其防治至关重要。本文就老年人急性创面的防治策略进行分析及思考。通过对创伤、烧伤、急性坏死性软组织感染等不同类型创面的针对性处理，如创伤后的减张缝合、烧伤的早期切/削痂植皮以及坏死性软组织感染的手术清创等，对老年人急性创面的治疗进行阐述。同时强调了预防的重要性，建议通过健康教育、治疗基础疾病、预防跌倒和烧烫伤等综合措施来降低创面发生风险。本文指出要根据老年人皮肤生理和损伤修复特点，给予个性化治疗，全身治疗与局部治疗相结合，以减少老年患者住院时间和并发症发生，缓解其痛苦，减轻经济和家庭负担。本文为老年人急性创面的防治提供了科学参考和实践指导。
