[摘要]目的：应用三维重建技术研究不同垂直骨面型成人骨性Ⅲ类患者下颌牙弓与基骨弓形态的差异。方法：根据垂直骨面型将48例成人骨性Ⅲ类错牙合患者分高均低角三组，对正畸术前CBCT影像进行三维重建，测量下颌牙弓、基骨弓的宽度及长度，利用四次多项式方程拟合代表弓形的最佳曲线，分析三组间牙弓和基骨形态差异。结果：低角组下颌尖牙间(P<0.01)、第二前磨牙间、磨牙间(P<0.05)牙弓宽度显著大于均角组及高角组。低角组前磨牙间、磨牙间牙弓长度显著大于高角组(P<0.01)；结合下颌牙弓形态及基骨弓形态测量值及曲线拟合结果可见低角组牙弓及基骨弓形较高角组更方圆，其前部形态更平直。结论：成人骨性Ⅲ类患者牙弓大小形态及基骨弓形态与垂直骨面型有关。低角患者前中后段下颌牙弓宽度均显著大于均角患者及高角患者。低角组的牙弓弓形前段较宽平，高角组基骨弓形前段较窄尖。
