[摘要]目的：探究静脉复合组织瓣移植修复手指环形软组织缺损效果及对患指血运、手指功能及瘢痕的影响。方法：回顾性分析笔者医院手外科2019年1月-2023年2月收治的125例手指环形软组织缺损患者的临床资料，将2019年1月-2021年1月采用常规皮瓣移植修复的45例患者作为对照组，2021年2月-2023年2月采用静脉复合组织瓣移植修复的80例患者作为研究组。比较两组患者手术效果以及术后患指血运、手指功能、瘢痕恢复情况及创面美学效果。结果：研究组手术总优良率为98.75%、患指血运总优良率为98.75%，均明显高于对照组的82.22%、71.11%(均P<0.05)。研究组手功能、瘢痕恢复效果及创面美学效果评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：静脉复合组织瓣移植修复对手指环形软组织缺损患者的临床疗效明显，可改善患指血运及手指功能，且瘢痕恢复效果较好，该修复法的临床应用价值较高，值得推广。
