[摘要]目的：探讨红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿热敷对会阴侧切患者伤口疼痛及愈合的影响。方法：选取2022年8月-2023年11月笔者医院就诊的90例会阴侧切患者的临床资料进行研究。按照干预方法不同，将实施常规护理的50例患者设为常规组，将常规护理基础上给予红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿热敷的40例患者设为试验组。比较两组患者的伤口疼痛情况[麦吉尔疼痛问卷(MPQ)]、会阴水肿情况、愈合情况以及感染发生率。结果：干预1、3 d后，实验组MPQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)，会阴水肿情况均轻于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组甲级愈合率为92.50%，高于常规组的76.00%(P<0.05)；试验组切口愈合时间短于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组感染发生率为2.50%，低于常规组的16.00%(P<0.05)。结论：红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿热敷可显著改善会阴侧切患者伤口疼痛，促进伤口消肿、愈合，并降低感染发生率。
