[摘要]目的：探讨玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠用于前牙残根残冠修复的美学效果及对患者咀嚼功能的影响。方法：选取2018年8月-2019年1月于笔者医院就诊的98例前牙残根残冠患者，按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=50)与对照组(n=48)。研究组接受玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复治疗，对照组接受金属桩联合全瓷冠修复治疗。比较两组治疗后的美学效果、咀嚼功能、牙周健康度、修复效果以及并发症发生情况。结果：修复后36个月，研究组红色美学指数(PES)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；修复后12个月，两组咀嚼效率以及咬合力均高于修复前，且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组探针深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(BI)及附着指数(AL)值低于修复前，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组修复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组修复后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复更有利于提高美学效果，改善咀嚼功能、牙周健康以及修复效果，降低并发症发生风险。
