[摘要]创面修复是现阶段研究的热点，在修复过程中处理不当极易造成创面愈合不良继而形成慢性创面，对患者生活健康造成影响。脂肪来源干细胞(Adipose-derived stem cells，ADSCs)以来源充足、易获取以及体外增殖能力强等优势，在促进组织修复及再生领域具有较好的应用前景。本文就ADSCs的来源、功能及其在创面修复治疗中的作用机制等展开综述，为创面修复治疗提供参考意义。

    Abstract： Wound repair is a hot spot of current research. Improper treatment during repair can easily lead to poor wound healing and then chronic wounds， affecting the patients’ life and health. Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) have good application prospects in promoting tissue repair and regeneration due to their advantages of sufficient source， easy access and strong proliferation ability in vitro.
