[摘要]皮肤屏障结构和功能受损常贯穿于多种皮肤病的病理生理过程中，将修复屏障作为背景治疗可显著增加相关皮肤病的疗效和治愈率。富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma， PRP)具有良好的促组织再生、免疫调节及抗菌效应，可多途径修复皮肤的渗透、免疫、微生物屏障。近年来，若干研究尝试性将PRP应用于激素依赖性皮炎、玫瑰痤疮、敏感性皮肤综合征、寻常痤疮、黄褐斑等多种面部皮肤屏障损伤性疾病中并取得了良好的临床获益。因此，本文就PRP在面部皮炎治疗及皮肤屏障修复中的应用进展进行综述。
