[摘要]随着乳腺癌患病率的升高，乳腺癌术后乳房重建在临床已推广使用。乳头乳晕再造是整个乳房重建过程中的最后一步，从美学角度出发是决定重建乳房能否取得患者满意的关键一步。近年来，随着整形美容技术的发展，乳头乳晕再造方法多样，各有优缺点，本文就乳房乳晕再造在乳房重建中的美学价值研究现状展开综述。

    Abstract： With the increasing prevalence of breast cancer， breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery has been widely used in clinical practice.
