肌肽在皮肤抗衰老中的作用及其研究进展
[摘要]皮肤衰老是不可避免的生理过程,随着生活经济水平的提高和人口老龄化的加剧,皮肤抗衰活性物质成为研究热点。肌肽是一种生物活性肽,可有效延缓皮肤衰老,但是其抗衰老的机制尚缺乏系统总结。本综述通过检索相关文献,详细总结了皮肤衰老的机制、肌肽皮肤抗衰的作用机制,以及肌肽在皮肤抗衰中的临床应用,并展望了未来的研究方向。肌肽可能通过减缓端粒缩短速度、抗氧化、抗糖基化、调节衰老细胞自噬等机制实现皮肤抗衰。肌肽与其他活性成分的联合应用可以发挥协同增效作用,从而更好地预防和改善皮肤衰老。[关键词]肌肽;皮肤衰老;抗氧化;抗糖基化;肌肽应用
