助教小组授课模式在口腔正畸学教学中的应用探讨

     [摘要]目的:探讨助教小组授课模式的授课效果,并对今后正畸学实验课授课模式提出一些建议,优化研究生助教教学模式在口腔正畸学临床教学中的作用。方法:对西安交通大学口腔医学院2019级67名本科生分别采用研究生助教小组授课模式和传统大班授课模式进行临床见习课教学,课程结束后匿名填写调查问卷对课程体验进行评价。结果:86.57%的本科生更希望临床教学以小组授课的模式开展。相较于传统大班授课模式,研究生助教小组授课模式可以使本科生更清楚地聆听讲解和观摩操作,并增加本科生的提问机会和问题被解答的概率。结论:以助教小组授课模式进行本科实验课教学,是顺应时代发展和迎合教育需求的,这种新的教学模式可以提高本科生课程知识摄取率和课程参与度。
