[摘要]皮肤经常受到外伤、烧伤、压疮、溃疡等各种损伤，不仅损害其皮肤保护屏障功能，而且使患者感到疼痛和不适，甚至影响患者的心理健康。皮肤的创面修复与再生是组织工程领域的研究热点。许多研究证实，珍珠粉是一种具有良好生物相容性和生物活性的天然生物材料，可以促进皮肤创面的修复和再生。本文就珍珠粉在皮肤组织修复中的应用进行综述，以期为珍珠粉的临床应用提供新的思路。
