[摘要]泪沟是中面部衰老过程中出现较早的症状，也是从内眦处向外下方延伸的弧形凹陷，泪沟及下眶区老化的产生原因较为复杂，与皮肤、皮下脂肪、肌肉、韧带结构以及骨性的老化息息相关。目前，临床常用矫正泪沟的非手术方法主要以注射填充为主，常用的填充材料包括自体脂肪及其衍生物、透明质酸类，胶原蛋白类，以及一些新型材料如聚左旋乳酸、羟基磷灰石钙等。本文就泪沟的解剖、分型、各类注射填充材料的理化性质、注射方式以及各类材料在美容整形外科的临床应用进行综述，并对其在泪沟部位的应用进行展望。

    Research Progress on Injectable Materials for Filling Tear Trough

    Abstract： Tear trough is an early symptom in the aging process of the middle face， and it is also an arc-shaped groove extending from the inner canthus to the lower outer part. The causes of aging in the tear trough and infraorbital region are complex and closely related to skin， subcutaneous fat，muscle， ligament structure and bone aging. Currently， non-surgical methods for correcting tear trough in clinical practice mainly rely on injection filling and commonly used filling materials include autologous fat and its derivatives， hyaluronic acids， collagens as well as some new materials such as poly-l-lactic acid and calcium hydroxylapatite.
