[摘要]目的：分析数字化微笑设计(Digital smile design， DSD)在上颌前牙牙列缺损美学修复中的可行性。方法：采用随机数字表法将湖南中医药大学附属长沙市口腔医院2017年1月-2022年12月收治的80例上颌前牙牙列缺损患者分为对照组(n=40，患牙71颗)和设计组(n=40，患牙75颗)，分别按传统方案及DSD辅助制作美学诊断蜡型及最终修复体。记录两组美学诊断蜡型最终调改次数与用时，采用视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scoring，VAS)法评估两组对美学诊断蜡型及最终修复体的满意度，比较两组修复前后的牙齿美学分类及修复后的修复体美国公共署评价标准(United states public health service，USPHS)评级。结果：设计组美学诊断蜡型最终调改次数与用时均少于对照组(P<0.05)。设计组美学诊断蜡型VAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)，但两组最终修复体VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组修复前后的牙齿美学分类及修复后的USPHS评级差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：将DSD应用于上颌前牙牙列缺损患者，可有效缩短诊断蜡型调试时间、提升诊疗效率，不失为一种上颌前牙牙列缺损美学修复的可行之法。
