[摘要]目的：探究症状管理理论指导下适时干预模式在外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年11月-2023年11月笔者医院收治的外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者50例，按随机数字表法分为常规组和适时干预组，每组25例。常规组患者采用常规基础护理干预，适时干预组采用症状管理理论指导下适时干预，两组患者均干预至出院。统计比较两组疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale，VAS)]、生活质量[生活质量量表(Quality of life scale，QOL)]、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS)，抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale，SDS)]、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果：术后3 d、7 d，适时干预组患者疼痛VAS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后，适时干预组QOL评分高于常规组，SAS、SDS评分低于常规组，患者护理总满意率高于常规组，并发症发生率低于常规组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：症状管理理论指导下适时干预模式干预能够有效降低患者疼痛，改善患者生活质量和心理状况，降低患者并发症发生率。
