[摘要]目的：分析超减张免拆线闭合切口用于文身切除的效果及美观性。方法：选取2019年7月-2023年10月笔者医院收治的87例接受手术文身切除的患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为常规组(n=42)和超减张组(n=45)。常规组采用常规缝合，超减张组采用超减张免拆线闭合缝合。比较两组患者手术切口瘢痕及美观满意度。结果：术后6个月，超减张组VSS评分和OSAS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)；超减张组美观满意度为97.78%，高于常规组的80.95%(P<0.05)。结论：将超减张免拆线缝合技术用于文身切除患者的切口闭合中，可有效减少瘢痕形成，提高患者的美观满意度，值得临床推广应用。
