[摘要]目的：探讨微聚焦超声技术联合透明质酸注射在面部年轻化治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2023年3月-2023年10月笔者医院收治的21例面部皮肤松弛就医者为研究对象。所有就医者采取微聚焦超声技术联合透明质酸注射进行治疗。观察就医者术后并发症发生情况；采用麦施美学量表(Merz aesthetics scales，MAS)评估就医者治疗前后鼻唇沟、木偶纹、下颌线不规则及颌颈部脂肪堆积的情况；采用整体美学改善量表(Global aesthetic improvement scale，GAIS)评估就医者治疗后的整体变化情况；随访就医者满意度。结果：21例就医者治疗后鼻唇沟、木偶纹、下颌线不规则及颌颈部脂肪堆积的评分均低于术前(P<0.05)；术后随访，21例就医者面部改善效果医生和就医者评价的改善率均为100%；就医者总满意率为90.47%；所有就医者均未出现严重并发症。结论：微聚焦超声技术联合透明质酸注射治疗能有效提升面部年轻化疗效，安全性好，具有临床推广价值。
