[摘要]目的：观察S形甲皱襞切除联合生理性甲沟重建治疗嵌甲性甲沟炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析笔者医院2020年5月-2023年5月诊治的300例Ⅲ期以上嵌甲性甲沟炎患者临床资料，所有患者均采取S形甲皱襞切除联合生理性甲沟重建治疗。随访术后疼痛情况、创面干燥时间、愈合时间及治愈率。结果：本组300例患者，术后创面干燥时间平均为6.4 d，创面愈合时间平均为14.6 d。术后1年回访，痊愈296例，治愈率为98.67%。结论：S形甲皱襞切除联合生理性甲沟重建治疗Ⅲ期以上嵌甲性甲沟炎疗效好，简单易行、可操作性强，值得临床推荐。
