[摘要]目的：探究上肢离断伤断肢再植术后肌腱转位术重建残留肌腱伸指功能的效果。方法：研究对象为2021年6月-2022年5月在笔者医院进行治疗的上肢离断患者110例，均接受上肢离断伤断肢再植术后肌腱转位术，比较其术前及术后1年的肢体运动功能、感觉功能、伸指功能及患者对手功能恢复满意度，并记录其术后并发症发生情况。结果：本研究纳入110例上肢离断患者，失访14例，最终纳入96例。治疗1年后，患者上肢运动、感觉及伸指功能等级较治疗前升高(P<0.05)；术后1年，96例入组患者中出现感染1例，出血2例，神经/血管损伤4例，患肢疼痛3例，术后1年并发症发生率为10.42%(10/96)；术后1年，患者对手功能恢复非常满意58例，一般满意34例，不满意4例，总满意率为95.83%(92/96)。结论：上肢离断伤断肢再植术后肌腱转位术重建残留肌腱伸指功能的效果较好，同时有效改善患者上肢运动及感觉功能，且患者手功能恢复满意度及安全性均较高。
