[摘要]目的：探讨手术切除和五倍瘢痕膏治疗瘢痕疙瘩(瘀毒聚结型)的疗效。方法：选取2022年6月-2023年6月笔者医院就诊的100例瘢痕疙瘩患者，根据治疗方案不同分为手术组(n=50)、联合组(n=50)。手术组行手术治疗，联合组在上述基础上行五倍瘢痕膏治疗，统计比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)、瘢痕美容评估与评级量表(SCAR)、瘢痕疙瘩症状积分、瘢痕面积及瘢痕厚度。结果：与手术组(72.00%)相比，联合组治疗有效率(90.00%)较高(P<0.05)；治疗后6个月，与手术组相比，联合组VSS、SCAR评分较低(P<0.05)；治疗后6个月，与手术组相比，联合组瘢痕疙瘩症状积分较低(P<0.05)；治疗后6个月，与手术组相比，联合组瘢痕面积、瘢痕厚度较低(P<0.05)；联合组不良反应发生率(6.00%)与手术组(12.00%)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：手术切除和五倍瘢痕膏治疗瘢痕疙瘩(瘀毒聚结型)效果显著，可改善瘢痕疙瘩临床症状，减少瘢痕面积及厚度，为临床联合治疗提供参考数据。

    Surgical Excision Combined with Quintuple Scar Ointment for the Treatment of Stasis-toxin Aggregation Type Keloids
