[摘要]目的：探讨蔓柏生发方对雄激素性脱发(Androgenetic alopecia，AGA)小鼠外周血中Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg的调节作用。方法：采用皮下注射丙酸睾酮液建立雄激素性脱发小鼠模型，按照不同分组进行处理。30 d后记录小鼠毛发的生长情况，留取外周血及脱毛区皮肤组织，采用流式细胞术检测其中Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg各亚群的比例，RT-PCR法检测小鼠皮肤组织中细胞因子的表达。结果：与模型组比较，蔓柏生发方能够促进AGA小鼠脱毛区的毛发生长，蔓柏生发方干预的AGA小鼠外周血中Th1、Th17亚群比例上调，Th2、Treg亚群比例下调，小鼠皮肤组织中IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-17A、IL-17F含量下降，IL-4、IL-10、TGF-β含量升高，伴有剂量依赖性。结论：蔓柏生发方能够促进AGA小鼠的毛发生长，与其调节小鼠外周血中T细胞亚群的分布有关。
