[摘要]目的：探究瘢痕减容术联合曲安奈德治疗中-大型瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2021年3月-2023年6月笔者科室收治的31例中-大型瘢痕疙瘩患者临床资料。所有患者均首次接受瘢痕减容术联合曲安奈德治疗，之后每间隔4～6周进行曲安奈德局部注射，直至瘢痕疙瘩软化变平。记录创面愈合时间、治疗次数及治疗前后患者和观察者瘢痕评估量表(Patient and observer scar assessment scale，POSAS)评分，统计有效率、复发率及不良反应。结果：本组31例患者，瘢痕疙瘩减容术后创面平均愈合时间14.52 d，平均治疗次数3.06次。2例(6.45%)创面愈合不良，2例点状坏死，经换药处理愈合良好；8例出现不同程度的色素改变，2例毛细血管扩张，未经特殊处理，自行好转。术后随访12～32个月(平均18个月)，治疗总有效率高达77.42%。术后有7例(22.58%)出现不同程度复发，局部曲安奈德注射，5例好转，2例改善不明显。本组患者术后末次随访POSAS评分较术前显著降低(P<0.001)。结论：瘢痕减容术联合曲安奈德治疗中-大型瘢痕疙瘩是一种简单有效、安全的治疗方法，长期复发率低，患者耐受性良好，值得临床推荐。
