[摘要]目的：分析超减张免拆线闭合切口用于瘢痕疙瘩切除的效果及美观性。方法：选取2019年6月-2023年2月笔者医院收治的89例瘢痕疙瘩患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组。减张组：44例，采用传统减张缝合；超减张组：45例，采用超减张免拆线闭合缝合。比较两组患者手术效果、瘢痕恢复情况、美观满意度以及复发率。结果：超减张组总有效率高于减张组(95.24% vs.80.95%)(P<0.05)；术后12个月，两组医生和患者对瘢痕恢复情况评估评分均较术前下降(P<0.05)，且超减张组明显低于减张组(P<0.05)；超减张组美观满意度高于减张组(95.24% vs.80.95%)(P<0.05)；随访期间，超减张组复发0例(0.00%)，减张组复发1例(2.38%)(P>0.05)。结论：在瘢痕疙瘩的治疗中，采用超减张免拆线闭合切口疗效好，患者美观满意度高，值得临床推荐。
