碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合中性氧化电位水敷料对Ⅱ度烧伤创面修复的影响研究
[摘要]目的:探究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)联合中性氧化电位水敷料促进Ⅱ度烧伤创面修复的效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2024年2月笔者医院收治的100例Ⅱ度烧伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予中性氧化电位水创面液体敷料治疗局部创面;观察组给予bFGF喷涂于创面及周围,创面予以中性氧化电位水创面液体敷料覆盖。比较两组创面愈合情况、换药情况、创面细菌培养情况及治疗前后血清促红细胞生成素(EPO)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平,并进行安全性评价。结果:观察组治疗1周和2周的创面愈合率均高于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组换药次数少于对照组,首次换药舒适度评分低于对照组,敷料二次创伤分级优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗6 d后,观察组细菌培养阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组EPO水平高于对照组,ICAM-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:bFGF联合中性氧化电位水敷料可促进Ⅱ度烧伤创面上皮化,缩短愈合时间,提高换药舒适度。[关键词]Ⅱ度烧伤;创面;碱性成纤维细胞生长因子;中性氧化电位水敷料;促红细胞生成素(EPO);细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)
