[摘要]目的：探讨分层分区注射与微滴注射治疗中下面部下垂及下颌缘模糊的效用差异和就医者满意度情况。方法：回顾性队列分析2020年1月-2022年12月笔者医院收治的进行颈阔肌局部A型肉毒素注射的就医者资料，根据注射方式的不同分为分层分区注射组(n=82)和微滴注射组(n=73)。治疗结束后采用数字评定量表、整体注射满意度评估表、就医者和观察者整体美学改善量表以及推荐-忠诚度量表进行感受和疗效评估。结果：术后1个月，分层分区注射组的就医者对整体注射和面部松垂改善的满意度以及就医者的忠诚度和推荐意愿均明显优于微滴注射组(P<0.05)。两组就医者在注射过程中的疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，但分层分区注射组的不良反应发生率低于微滴注射组(P<0.05)。结论：相比于微滴注射法，分层分区注射法对改善面部松垂和下颌缘模糊的效果更好，就医者满意度更高，术后不良反应的风险更低，且不会增加就医者注射过程中疼痛。
