[摘要]目的：探讨提上睑肌中央腱膜切断术联合横向缝合法治疗甲状腺相关眼病上睑退缩的疗效。方法：收集上睑提肌腱膜切断术联合横向缝合法治疗的32例(43眼)中度上睑退缩的甲状腺相关眼病患者的临床资料进行回顾分析，根据疗效判定标准对术后治疗效果进行评估。结果：随访半年，上睑退缩完全矫正32例，明显好转6例。患者睑裂高度、上睑退缩量均较术前降低(P<0.01)。术后患者睑缘弧度良好，术前存在的角膜上皮损伤、溃疡，眼部畏光、流泪、眼睑闭合不全等症状，术后均明显缓解。结论：提上睑肌中央腱膜切断术联合横向缝合法可明显改善甲状腺相关眼病患者中度上睑退缩，且术后不易复发，值得推广和应用。
