[摘要]目的：探究眶隔瓣法内固定重睑成形术的临床应用效果。方法：回顾性分析眶隔瓣法内固定重睑成形术152例，同期行内眦赘皮矫正术87例。术中于眶隔与提上睑肌腱膜融合部适当位置横形剪开眶隔，修剪眶隔膜组织从而形成眶隔-提上睑肌腱膜复合瓣，将切口下方真皮、眼轮匝肌和眶隔复合瓣缝合固定，去除多余眶脂，保留适当眶隔脂肪平铺固定于切口下方，间断缝合皮肤。结果：术后随访6～15个月，本组病例中4例出现不对称，2例出现反应性肉芽肿，147例就医者对术后效果满意，总满意率达96.7%。结论：眶隔瓣法内固定重睑成形术符合生理性重睑的原理，形成的重睑线灵动持久，适合亚洲人的眼部形态特点。
