[摘要]目的：探究分析Bioclear注塑成型技术联合美学树脂修复应用在前牙区“黑三角”间隙关闭方面的临床疗效。方法：选取2023年6月-2024年6月于合肥市口腔医院综合科就诊的48例因前牙黑三角需行树脂直接修复的病例作为研究对象，按就诊顺序随机分为两组：对照组采用传统聚酯薄膜成型片联合分层充填技术进行治疗，观察组采用Bioclear前牙成型片联合注塑成型技术进行治疗，参照改良世界牙科联盟(World dental federation，FDI)标准在术后即刻、术后1个月、术后6个月对两组患牙修复体进行质量量化评价，对两组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果：观察组在各观测点均表现出优于对照组的美学解剖形态、放射检查得分(P<0.05)；在术后6个月随访时，两组均表现出优于术后即刻的龈乳头高度得分，观察组修复成功率(100.00%)高于对照组(91.30%)(P<0.05)。结论：与传统充填法相比，Bioclear注塑成型技术应用于前牙黑三角间隙关闭中能够有效改善美学修复效果，提高黑三角关闭成功率，该技术在临床中值得进一步推广应用。
