[摘要]目的：探究烤瓷贴面应用于上前牙美学修复的临床效果。方法：选择笔者医院修复科2018年6月-2021年6月收治的60例上前牙美学修复患者，资料录入Excel随机分组为研究组(烤瓷贴面)和对照组(全瓷冠)，各30例，比较两组患者修复效果、牙周健康、咀嚼疼痛、患者满意度。结果：两组修复效果整体差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，研究组修复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复前，两组牙龈出血指数(BI)、牙周附着丧失(AL)、牙周袋深度(PD)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，修复后12个月，研究组BI、AL、PD较修复前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，对照组BI、AL、PD较修复前均升高(P<0.05)，且研究组小于对照组(P<0.05)。修复前，两组咀嚼VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，修复后6个月、12个月，两组咀嚼VAS评分较修复前均降低(P<0.05)，且研究组小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者对修复体颜色、使用舒适度的整体满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，研究组使用舒适度的总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：相对于全瓷冠，烤瓷贴面对上前牙的美学修复效果更佳，且不影响牙周健康，咀嚼疼痛低，患者满意度高。
