[摘要]目的：探究微创超薄贴面与全瓷贴面修复前牙间隙的美学效果及安全性。方法：选取2019年2月-2022年5月于笔者医院就诊的120例前牙间隙患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组60例。对照组患者接受全瓷贴面修复治疗，观察组患者接受微创超薄贴面治疗。评估两组治疗后6个月的修复效果，并比较两组治疗后1年的修复美学效果、患者满意度及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.55)；观察组牙列完整性、牙色自然度以及牙面边缘自然度达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者对于修复体颜色、形态、功能以及舒适度的总满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后1年内，观察组并发症总发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论：微创超薄贴面与全瓷贴面修复相比较，前者对于前牙间隙患者修复效果、美学效果更好，患者满意度高，且治疗安全性相对更高。
