摘要：皮肤作为人体最大的器官，其神经内分泌系统在维持皮肤健康和外观方面意义重大。皮肤既可作为效应器官，受中枢神经内分泌系统调控，又能够自主产生及分泌多种神经递质与激素。本文综述皮肤神经内分泌系统在伤口愈合、色素代谢、皮肤老化、神经源性炎症及毛发生长等生理病理过程中的作用，以期发掘相关皮肤病的潜在治疗靶点。
