[摘要]创面是指人体皮肤因外界致伤因子或机体内在因素等作用下所导致的损伤，常伴有皮肤完整性的破坏及一定量正常组织的丢失。传统的创面治疗方式偏重扩创修复，存在创面愈合时间长、愈合质量差、并发症多、救治率低、医疗负担重等缺点。随着激光技术的革新，超脉冲点阵CO2激光在治疗创面中展现出了较好的疗效，具有治疗精准、损伤轻微、减轻疼痛、降低细菌负荷、促进创面快速愈合、减少瘢痕形成、疗效确切及不良反应低等优点。本文就超脉冲点阵CO2激光治疗创面的研究进展进行综述，以期为临床治疗创面提供新的思路。
