基于皮肤微生态的皮肤屏障及微生态护肤研究进展

     [摘要]皮肤表面的微生物菌群是皮肤第一道微生物屏障。研究表明,皮肤微生态与皮肤健康密切相关,微生物的生物多样性对调节皮肤菌群平衡、修护敏感肌肤具有重要作用。本文从皮肤微生物屏障的视角,通过对微生态护肤载体益生菌、益生元和后生元等功效成分的介绍,从微生态视角对目前护肤行业的产品研发策略做一总结,并结合微生态领域的发展前景对护肤品研发提供参考。

    Abstract: The microbial community on the surface of the skin forms the first microbial barrier of the skin. Many studies have shown that the skin microbiota was closely related to skin health, and the biodiversity of microorganisms played an important role in regulating the balance of skin microbiota and caring for sensitive skin. We will introduce the functional components of probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics in microecological skincare carriers from the perspective of skin microbiota barriers.
