[摘要]脐带间充质干细胞(Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells，UCMSCs)是一种由脐带组织衍生而来的多能干细胞，因其具有来源广泛、取材无创、增殖活性高、免疫原性低等特点而备受关注。近年来，就其在减轻炎症反应、促进胶原合成、抑制黑色素形成等方面的研究，为面部年轻化提供了新的研究方向。本文就脐带间充质干细胞的生物学特性及其在面部年轻化中应用的相关机理研究进展进行综述。

    Research Progress on the Application of Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Facial Rejuvenation

    Abstract： Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell (UCMSCs) is a pluripotent stem cell derived from umbilical cord tissue. It has attracted great attention because of their wide source， non-invasive extraction， high proliferative activity and low immunogenicity.etc. Recent studies on its ability to reduce inflammatory response， promote collagen synthesis and inhibit melanin formation have provided new research directions for facial rejuvenation. This paper reviews the biological properties of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells and the related mechanism of their application in facial rejuvenation. ......
