小切口超薄皮瓣法在腋臭术中的应用
【摘要】目的:探讨小切口超薄皮瓣法在腋臭治疗的应用价值。方法:回顾2006年1月～2008年12月我科对872例腋臭患者应用小切口超薄皮瓣法治疗的临床资料。结果:872例患者皮下血肿45例,局部皮瓣坏死(1～3cm2)19例,切口延迟愈合57例。723例随访1～2年,其中706例异味消失或显著下降,异味残留17例,瘢痕增生2例,无上肢活动功能障碍。结论:小切口超薄皮瓣法治疗腋臭,手术成功率高,并发症少,值得推广应用。【关键词】腋臭;小切口超薄皮瓣法;并发症

The method of micro-incision and super thin flap in treatment of osmidrosis

【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the effects of the method of micro-incision and super thin flap in treatment of osmidrosis. Methods:Retrospecting 872 cases from January.2006 to December.2008 which applies the method of micro-incision and super thin flap treated osmidrosis.Results:In 872 cases there werecomplications including 45 cases of haematoma, 19 cases of local flap necrosis(1～3cm2), 57cases of healing delay. 723 cases were followed up for 1～2 years, Osmidrosis was disappeared or descend obvious in 706 cases, and remained in 17 cases.and 2 cases of cheloid, but there was no complication of upper limbs dysfunction. Conclusions:this method has the advantages of a high success rate, low complication rate, and is valuable to be recommended in clinic. ......
