对我国执业护士注册程序的思考(1)
【摘要】目的:分析我国护士注册程序存在的不足,并提出改革的建议。方法:通过文献查询和综合分析的方法,讨论我国护士注册的具体实施、各国护士注册程序的种类、护理教育和护士注册管理的关系等方面的问题。结果:最新的护士管理的行政法规《护士条例》对护士注册程序做出了规定。这些规定与我国具体国情的结合还不够紧密,在规范护士的注册管理的过程中,不能完全有效的发挥作用。结果:我国护士注册程序需要细化与改进。【关键词】执业护士;注册;程序;护士条例;思考

【Abstract】Objective:To analyse some problems existing in the registration system of licensed nurses ,and give some advice. Methods:The relevant literature was referred to and a comprehensive analysis was made. Such question as the implementation of the registration of licensed nurses in China ,some foreign registration systems, the relationship between the nurse education and the registration system was discussed. Results: This provision can not be exercised efficiently,because the actual situation of China was not considered comprehensively when this provision was prescribed.
