循证护理在减少心脏介入术后并发低血压中的应用(1)
【摘要】目的:探讨运用循证护理的方法减少心脏介入术后患者低血压发生的护理效果。方法:回顾分析2008年1月至2009年8月我科152例心脏介入术后患者采用循证护理的工作方法预防护理术后并发低血压的效果。结果:152例患者,并发低血压的5例,均未发生恶性心脏事件。结论:通过运用循证护理的工作方法,减少了心脏介入术后患者低血压的发生,提高了护士的判断能力、观察力、理解力、科研能力以及工作技能,促使护士养成科学的思维方式和态度,使整体护理水平得到明显提高。【关键词】循证护理;心脏介入术;低血压

Hypotension reduced by evidence-based nursing after cardiac interventional operation

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing (EBN) for reducing hypotension in the patients after cardiac interventional operation. Methods:The patients after cardiac interventional operation (n=152) in our department from Jan 2008 to Aug 2009 were reviewed and analyzed. The effect of EBN for preventing and nursing hypotension were observed. Results:There were 5 cases with complicated hypotension among 152 cases, but without adverse cardiac events. Conclusion:The occurrence of hypotension reduced and severe complications were prevented through applying EBN, and at the same time the abilities of judgment, observation, understand and research, and nursing skill were improved, and scientific thinking and attitude were established in nurses. The total level of nursing was promoted. ......
