【摘要】目的:对前牙烤瓷修复的美学内容相关因素进行分析。方法:对前牙烤瓷修复牙行常规牙体预备,收集临床资料。结果:烤瓷修复的逼真程度与备牙、选色、修复体的形态及排列形式、牙龈美学和修复体制作等因素有关。结论:前牙美容修复疗效与修复体的设计、制作工艺、材料性能与质量、比色的准确性密切相关。

    【Abstract】Objective:To analysis the aesthetic factors related to porcelain-fused to-metal(PFM)crown of anterior teeth. Methods: Prepare anterior teeth in regular method, collect clinical material. Results: Reality degree of PFM is related to tooth preparation、color selection,shape and arranged format of prostheses、gingiva esthetics、processing technique and so on. Conclusions: Effect of cosmetic restoration of anterior tooth is strongly linked to prostheses design、 making-technology、material property and quality、accuracy of Shade Matching.
