【摘要】目的：探讨高龄患者接受经尿道前列腺汽化电切术并发症的原因及处理方法。方法：回顾性总结49例80岁以上患者接受经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生症并发症的发生及处理方法。结果：49例安全接受手术治疗，并发电切综合征6例，包膜穿孔和冲洗液外渗4例，术后出血2例，不完全性尿失禁2例，尿道狭窄1例，经处理后症状消失。无一例死亡。结论：经尿道前列腺汽化电切治疗高龄前列腺增生症具有安全，适应证广、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。预防高龄患者并发症的有效方法：术前准备一定要充分，术中精细操作、仔细观察病情、限制操作时间，术后及时观察处理并发症。
