    【摘要】目的：探讨在DSA引导下行经皮射频靶点热凝联合臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方法和护理。方法：对58例腰椎间盘突出症患者行DSA引导下经皮射频靶点热凝联合臭氧消融治疗，加强基础护理、心理护理、术后指导及康复训练。结果58例中，治愈50例；显效12例，无一例出现并发症。结论：经过临床病人应用及观察研究，DSA引导下经皮射频靶点热凝联合臭氧消融对治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有微创治疗手段上的优势互补性, 临床疗效好, 并发症少, 方法简便、安全，值得推广应用。
