    【摘要】目的：比较扶他林片剂和外用乳胶剂治疗老年人慢性软组织劳损的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选择慢性软组织劳损的老年患者90例，随机分为口服扶他林片剂治疗组和外用扶他林乳胶剂治疗组,用药2周,观察两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：无论口服组还是外用组的患者治疗前后的疗效均有明显差异(P<0.01) ；起效时间外用组明显早于口服组(P<0.01)；外用组不良反应较口服组少(P<0.01)。结论：扶他林片剂和扶他林乳胶剂治疗老年人慢性软组织劳损疗效满意，乳胶剂较片剂起效快,不良反应少。
