【摘要】目的：通过观察近端输卵管阻塞病人采用中药疗法、西医疗法和中西医疗法的临床疗效，得出该类型不孕症患者的最佳治疗方案。方法：回顾性分析300例输卵管性不孕症患者的治疗效果，记录受孕人数、宫外孕人数和不孕患者DSHSG检查输卵管通畅情况。结果： 300例不孕症患者:中药治疗组受孕30人、选择性再通组受孕41人、中西医联合疗法受孕62人。 结论：此类患者使用该中西医联合疗法能够起到良好的治疗效果，值得临床进一步研究和推广。

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine, Western Medicine, and integrated medicine of both in the treatment of sterility caused by oviduct obstruction. Then find out the best treatment program. Methods：The clinical effects of 300 patients of sterility caused by oviduct obstruction were reviewed. The number of person who were fertilized, ectopic Pregnancy and sterility, was recorded. Results：The number of fertilization of Traditional Chinese medicine group, selective fallopian tube recanalization group and integrated group were 30, 41 and 62, respectively. Conclusion：The integrated Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, proved effective in treatment of sterility caused by oviduct obstruction, is worth promoting.
